Hello My Fabulous Class and Happy 4th of July!!!

This week we are studying the simple future tense using "will".

Here is a lesson to review the use of the simple future tense: Click here for practice using "will + base verb"

Remember, here is how we construct the simple future tense:

FORM: Will

[will + VERB]

Examples:
  • You will help him later.
  • Will you help him later?
  • You will not help him later.
You can follow this link for a more detailed explanation of the use of "will" and "be + going to" to express the future tense.

Also, we will be studying the comparative form of adjectives.  For a quick look and practice, go here:  Click here for practice using the Comparative Adjectives

Comparative Review:

1 syllable adjectives = add -er = warmer
2 or more syllables = add more+ = more comfortable
2 syllable words ending in y = change the y to i and add -er = prettier
