Please follow this link for a lesson on "Making Suggestions": Making Suggestions be sure to click on the audio so you can hear the reading while you read it.

Additionally, we've been studying about writing complaint letters, here is the basic format for writing a complaint letter or email:

How to write a strong complaint letter or email, always remember to:
  1. Be clear
  2. Say exactly what you want done and how long you can wait for a response.
  3. Don't write an angry letter, this won't help you get quick results.
  4. Include copies of any documents, like receipts, or pictures.
  5. Include your name and contact information.

Please remember that there is no school on Monday, April 1, 2019.  It's Cesar Chavez Day in California.  Who is Cesar Chavez?  He was an important activist that fought for farm workers' rights to fair treatment and compensation, many labor laws and protections come from the great work that he did.  To know more about Cesar Chavez and his brilliant legacy, please go to:  Cesar Chavez - American Hero

That's it for this week.  Oh, and, here's the link to the Arboretum in Arcadia where I took the pictures that I showed you this week. LA ARBORETUM

Have a great weekend!
