Additionally, we've been studying about writing complaint letters, here is the basic format for writing a complaint letter or email:
How to write a strong complaint letter or email, always remember to:
- Be clear
- Say exactly what you want done and how long you can wait for a response.
- Don't write an angry letter, this won't help you get quick results.
- Include copies of any documents, like receipts, or pictures.
- Include your name and contact information.
